Easy to use
The Eksigent software that controls our nanoLC systems is designed to make it easy to set-up a gradient method, program the autosampler etc. For example, gradient profiles can be changed by simply dragging points on the profile to a different % or time (see figure 1).

Methods for on-line 2-dimensional separations can be generated automatically by entering the beginning and ending salt concentration and total number of steps (see figure 2).

Integration with Mass Spectrometer Software.
The Eksigent Software integrates with Thermo’s Xcalibur®, Bruker Daltonics’ HyStar® and ABI/Sciex Analyst®. No extra computer is required, and the LC methods become part of the MS method (see figure 3).
