nanoLC systems for speed, sensitivity, resolution, and reliabilityThe NanoLC-1Dplus is a one-dimensional nano HPLC configured with a third pump, and the NanoLC-2D is a two-dimensional nano HPLC that lets you set-up a 2D method in seconds. Both systems come with an optional autosampler for rapid injection of large sample volumes supporting full loop, partial loop, and zero sample loss modes. The systems easily integrates with Thermo Electron’s Xcalibur® software, Bruker Daltonics’ HyStar® system and ABI/Sciex Analyst® software.
NanoLC-1Dplus system for speed, sensitivity, resolution, and reliability
The NanoLC-1Dplus system, a compact proteomics lab workhorse, uses Microfluidic Flow Control (MFC) to enable automated peak parking for extended MS/MS analysis of analytes of interest. The Eksigent NanoLC-1Dplus system comes with a dedicated sample-loading pump for fast, automated trapping of high-volume proteomics samples.
Ideal for proteomics and biomarker discovery applications, the NanoLC-1Dplus system allows sample loading at higher flow rates for significant timesavings and flexibility. The system loads large samples as rapidly as 30 uL/min using a dedicated sample-loading pump. The system also features pump and flow controller technology that allows precise operation at pressures up to 5,500 psi.
If you’re looking for reproducible nanoscale HPLC performance, you’re looking in the right place. The NanoLC-1Dplus system offers speed, sensitivity, and resolution—along with a simple, reliable architecture that precisely controls flow rate down to 20 nL/minute without flow splitting.
Identify more proteins from complex mixtures with automated 2-D chromatography
The NanoLC-2D system provides all of the performance capabilities of the NanoLC-1Dplus with the added capability of fully automated 2-dimensional separations. The result is high sensitivity, fast column format changes, low-solvent waste, and highly reproducible separations.
The NanoLC-2D system is composed of two complete binary-gradient nanoflow chromatography systems that can be configured for automated two-dimensional separations or as parallel, independent binary gradient HPLC systems. With its revolutionary pumping system, you can operate in three modes: 1D, 2D, or parallel separations.
