NanoLC Software
Easy to use NanoLC Software makes running your samples fast and simple. The Eksigent software that controls our nanoLC systems is designed to make it easy to set-up a gradient method, program the autosampler, and perform all of the functions of the nanoLC system. With an intuitive graphical user interface, users can simply point and click to change gradient conditions or automatically generate methods for 2 dimensional separations. Additionally, Eksigent software integrates with all major mass spectrometry vendor's software including Analyst(R) and Excalibur. No extra computer is required, and the LC methods become part of the MS method.
Status: Available 
The intuitive graphical user interface allows users to just point and click to change conditions. For example, gradient profiles can be changed by simply dragging points on the profile to a different % or time.

Additionally, methods for on-line 2-dimensional separations can be generated automatically by entering the beginning and ending salt concentration and total number of steps.
